Product returns
Within fourteen (14) calendar days you can return your product in its original condition, sealed, without the security tape having been violated and request the purchase of another product of your choice or an immediate refund. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The original purchase document (e.g. receipt) must be returned together with the product.
