Your continued use of the website even after any changes to the Privacy Policy means your unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect and process your personal data only when absolutely necessary.
We will never sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise disclose your personal data, except in cases where it is required.
If you are under 16 years of age, you MUST have your parents’ consent before using the services of this website.
Relevant legislation
In parallel with our company’s internal IT systems, this website has been designed to comply with the following legislation/regulations regarding the protection of users’ personal data:
EU Data Protection Directive 1995 (DPD)
EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR)
Personal information collected by this website and why we collect it
This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
Billing/financial information services
In the event that you purchase any of our services/products, we will retain in our database the information necessary for billing them, as well as for communication between us, such as name, address, email, telephone, VAT number, etc. We will contact you in cases concerning payment of services/products, billing balances, recurring charges, information about offers on our products etc. via email, sms or phone. All data transmitted via email is protected by the TLS/SSL security protocol.
Website traffic tracking
Like most websites, this one also uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user activity. We use this data to determine the number of people using our website, to better understand how they find and use our websites and to see their progress within the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, your device, your web browser and your operating system, none of this information makes you personally known to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address, which could be used to identify you, but Google does not provide us with access to it. We consider Google to be a third party data processor that is compliant with the requirements of European law.
Contact forms and email links
If you choose to contact us using a contact form or a link in our email, none of the data you provide will be stored by this website or transferred to or processed by any third party data processor, as defined below in the section “Our third party data processors”. Instead, this data will be sent to us in an email message via the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) protocol. Our SMTP servers are protected by the TLS/SSL security protocol, which means that the email content is encrypted before it is sent over the internet. The email content is decrypted by our local computers and devices.
Email newsletter
If you choose to participate in our email newsletter, the email address you submit to us will be forwarded to Mailchimp, which provides us with email marketing services. Mailchimp is a third party data processor (see section “Our third party data processors” below).
The email you submit will not be stored in the database within the website or in any of our company’s internal IT systems.
Your email address will remain in Mailchimp’s database for as long as we continue to use its services for our email marketing or until you explicitly request to be removed from the list. You can do this by using the unsubscribe link contained in all email newsletters we send you.
As long as your email address remains in Mailchimp’s database, you will periodically receive informative emails from us about offers on our products or services.
Customer satisfaction survey / customer loyalty program
The data we collect from the website, provided you have accepted the terms of use, may be used for your participation in a Customer Satisfaction Survey where your opinion is asked about the experience of using the website and our products/services or in a customer loyalty program where you receive special discounts/offers on our products and services, under specific conditions.
Live chat
When communicating via live chat, the information we collect is your name, email address, IP, date and time of communication as well as the text exchanged during this communication. This information is collected for better customer service and for security reasons.

Third party vendors, including Google, may display our advertisements on websites on the Internet. About cookies
What is a cookie?
The term “cookie” refers to a small data file consisting exclusively of a string of information in text format, which the website transfers to the web browser located on your computer’s hard drive, either temporarily for the duration of your visit, or sometimes for longer periods, depending on the type of cookie. Cookies perform various functions (for example, they distinguish you from other visitors to the same website or remember certain things about you, such as your preferences) and are used by most websites to improve your experience as a user.
Each cookie is unique to your browser and contains some anonymous information. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which the cookie originated, the “lifetime” of the cookie, and a value (usually in the form of a randomly generated unique number).
Types of cookies
The main types of cookies that websites may use are described below
Session cookies
These are temporary cookies that remain in your device’s browser’s cookie file only for the duration of your visit and are deleted when you close your browser.
Persistent cookies
These remain in your device’s cookie file even after you close your browser, sometimes for a year or more (the exact length of time depends on the lifespan of each cookie). Persistent cookies are used when the website operator may need to know who you are across multiple visits (e.g. to remember your username or preferences for customizing the website).
First-party cookies
These are cookies that are installed in your browser and/or on your device’s hard drive by the website you are visiting. This involves assigning a unique identifier to you in order to track your navigation on the website. Website operators often use first-party cookies to manage visits and for identification purposes.
Third-party cookies
These are cookies that are used by third parties, such as social networks, to track your visits to the various websites on which they advertise. The website operator has no control over these third-party cookies.
Cookies on this website and how to manage them
On this website, we use cookies to improve your experience.
