And not because we say so, but because it is defined by the IFS standards we follow faithfully – one of the highest certifications in the field of food. And it will sound trivial, but yes. We personally know all our producers-suppliers. And given that the vast majority of our raw materials are Greek – with the aim of soon being exclusively from our place – we have no excuse not to have substantial and personal contact with them. We consider it unthinkable not to know their place, themselves, their toil. After all, if we do not know what we are getting, how do we know what we offer?
